Your items will ship within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted. Special order shipping times will vary. Please note: We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low. 

 WHAT IF MY ITEM(s) ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@rusticfrenchhome.com within three days of item receipt, so that we can make things right. We will respond quickly with instructions for what to do next. Please have a photo of damaged item(s) ready. 

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME.
